WOMEN’S MINDFULNESS THERAPY GROUP
The purpose of this group is to help members cultivate mindfulness as a means to enriching daily life, interpersonal relationships and relationship with self. The process focuses on group members engaging each other in a mindful, relational manner; including the use of pauses, deep listening to self and others, finding one’s own truth, being open, observing one’s physical and emotional reactions, etc. I will provide feedback to group members as necessary. Group members may also provide feedback to each other.
Group Fee is $65.00/session.
Pre-requisites for joining this group:
prior individual and/or group therapy
individual interview at no cost to determine appropriateness for this group.
