i. New and renewal memberships for the remainder of 2020 will continue to be free.
ii. The Monday evening members-only support group will continue indefinitely, with Peter facilitating, with the following procedures and agreements:
The group will start and end on time.
The meeting will be locked ten minutes after it starts.
It is a professional support group, not a therapy group or a supervision group.
Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed, but it is requested for the content of the sessions.
Professional consultations are welcome, with the focus on the experience and countertransferential feelings of the therapist. Case presentations and discussions of specific interventions for specific clients are for a different venue.
iii. a) The free community support groups will terminate on May 29 as originally planned. Attendees will be encouraged to become members, and to join the listserv, by Peter, with Susan using Peter’s email list to send out invitations.
b) Attendance appears to be waning. This may be a factor of a desire for consistency on the part of attendees.
iv. The board approves of Angel Lee and Peter putting together a program based on process, as opposed to psychoeducation.D. Membership/Marketing Committee – Brian and Susan, input from Esther
i. As of the meeting date, there were 99 members.
ii. Susan will continue working on identifying ways to reach SC therapists and listservs.

A. Fall 2020 Workshop
The fall workshop will be held online. Peter will work with presenters Francis Kaklauskas and Elizabeth Olson to develop curriculum and schedule.B. CEUs

A. Spring 2021 workshop
Peter will contact Jeff Georgi to see if he would like to offer his workshop again. We can discuss the feasibility of a hybrid in-person/remote workshop, to increase attendance.B. Sharing tasks
The possibility of a new secretary being appointed was discussed. Brian and Peter will work together to produce agendas and minutes.C. Diversity statements.
Peter will gather diversity statements from other ASAs.
